If a shutdown occurs, how have you ensured that you are able to support customers?

How Evoque will support customers if COVID-19/Novel Coronavirus shuts down my data center.

We have already implemented preventative steps, like worker separation, whereby several associates are working at alternative locations in the event a subset of the Data Center population is self-quarantined.  We would then repatriate those separated workers back to the affected Data Center to offset those self-quarantined.
